RETURN POLICY
You can return the products you purchased to our company within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive them. In the case of returning the product, you are responsible for the return costs – transport and charges of the ACS courier company for Greece & DHL for the whole world
Conditions for acceptance of returned products by our company:
Please note that in order for the products you return to us to be accepted you must:
– You have first contacted the Customer Service department either by phone or email to submit the product return request, so that we can process and recognize your order. When you have not previously requested the return of the product to our company (verbally or by email), the product will be returned to its sender. The product must be sent to us within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
– The product must not have been worn more than once for testing, be in excellent condition and be returned to us together with its packaging, any promotional coupons we enclose, the special markings-tags it bears and the proof of purchase.
– The product must be returned to us by ACS courier company for Greece & DHL for the whole world, the transport costs are borne solely by you.
– The product must be in the condition it was, when you received it. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged and have scratches for which the courier company that delivered the product to you is not responsible.
We also do not accept returns of defective products, while unwanted odors carried by the returned product may also be considered a defect. For your best service, immediately upon receipt of the product (the day and time of shipment are proven to our company by the indications of the courier company) you can take a photo of it with your mobile phone and send us electronically the photos that show the damage product.
Each product has been photographed by our company immediately before its packaging and shipment. Until the delivery of the product to you, the risk for any damage to it is borne by our company or the courier company that cooperates with us and we are responsible for this damage. Immediately after receiving and delivering the product to you, you bear the risk of any damage to the product.
If you return the products you ordered to our company, we will refund your money (ie the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping, return and cash on delivery costs) within fourteen (14) working days from the date we receive them .
Our company bears no responsibility for any damage or destruction of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace them. Also, our company bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage of the product during the transport of the return.
